Even if you’re in a highly saturated market, there will always be something that you can offer over others. Fundamentally, this is where your differentiation begins.
If we want to truly feel our competitive advantage, then we need to show up authentically. And guess what? That often means embracing our gender, race or whatever else is classifying us as ‘outside’ the industry mold we work within.
Embrace it. Don’t hide it just to keep up with your competitors. You don’t want to play that game.
