In this interview with Go Solo, I share insights on my business and offer tips for aspiring entrepreneurs. With Labs*, our goal is to provide a comprehensive blueprint that guides startup founders, especially nontechnical ones, from their initial vision to a tangible product. We focus on technology-based companies and help founders generate revenue before hiring developers, ensuring strategic alignment with product-market fit indicators.
Drawing from my experience as a Product-Market Fit Strategist and Startup Advisor, I can’t stress enough how crucial it is to design and sell the right product before investing substantial resources in development. Throughout my career in software design and development, I have witnessed creators spend excessive amounts of money on products without proper customer involvement. This is why my passion lies in designing technology that truly serves people and enables better decision-making.
Being self-employed for nine years and counting is one of my notable achievements, and I truly value the freedom and flexibility that come with entrepreneurship. However, I also acknowledge the challenges that come with economic uncertainty. As a business owner, resilience and perseverance are key. It’s important for entrepreneurs to embrace discomfort, uncertainty, and continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth.
My entrepreneurial journey has taught me the importance of strategic decision-making, resilience, and a commitment to personal growth. I hope the insights and tips I share in this interview will inspire and guide other entrepreneurs on their own paths to success.
