The little voice in your head can be powerful, both as a source of major motivation and positivity and, sometimes, as a harsh critic that can stop you in your tracks as you work toward accomplishing your goals.
At one point or another, we’ve all experienced some level of imposter syndrome. We’ve all worried or doubted our abilities, expertise, or knowledge. Having an inner critic can be helpful to a certain degree, but for the most part, learning to ignore our inner critic is what will help us continue to grow as leaders and entrepreneurs.
